We are currently unable to offer next working day delivery on our products. We are working to make this an option in the near future so watch this space!
Delivery & General Terms
Upon purchasing your item from us you are automatically making a request to us to arrange a delivery on your behalf, and we will endeavour to have your order delivered to your UK address within 14 working days, which excludes weekends and bank holidays.
As delays can happen and be unforeseen, Houndsy accepts no liability for any delay or failure to deliver within our estimated time-scales.
Our customer , the person placing the order, is responsible for supplying us with the correct delivery address details. We are not liable for any loss of money, due to postage, if an incorrect address has been provided to us.
Some items delivered may require a signature. Please ensure you are available for the signature request. If a person, other than the named customer, from the specified delivery address signs for the delivery, the liability for that item still belongs to the named customer.
When you receive your products from the courier it is very important to ensure that you have checked the packaging of your goods, and that its condition is good before you sign the delivery note. Please inform us immediately if you receive an open or damaged parcel.
